Politica di cancellazione degli ordini
1. Cancellation conditions for orders
· The customer can request the cancellation of the order within a maximum of 24 hours from the completion of the purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
· If the order has already been shipped or if the 24-hour deadline has expired, cancellation will no longer be possible. After receiving the goods, the customer can exercise the right of return according to the established procedures.
Orders containing items made to the customer's specific request cannot be canceled once confirmed.
2. Procedure for requesting cancellation
To request the cancellation of an order, the customer must follow the following procedure:
The customer must send a written communication via e-mail to customer service within the allowed time, indicating the order number and the cancellation request.
Customer service will verify the status of the order and confirm if cancellation is still possible.
The customer will subsequently receive an official cancellation confirmation or, if the order has already been shipped, instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Refund management
In case of approved cancellation before shipment, the refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
